Frequently asked questions
A few useful answers.
Answers about placement prices, supplied metrics, sponsored disclosure, accounts and placement requests.

How much does a guest post cost?
Each catalogue listing shows its supplied placement price in US dollars. The amount depends on the publication and does not establish a guaranteed audience or search result. Compare prices alongside topic, country, language and editorial requirements, then contact Name Retailer to confirm the scope of a placement request.
Use the marketplace price filters and the guest post cost guide to compare placement prices. Request a quote to confirm the current price for your shortlist.
What does the placement price include?
The displayed placement price covers the listed placement option; article writing is a separate selection where a writing price is supplied. Do not assume writing, revisions or extra links are included. Read the publication requirements and confirm the complete scope and quoted total with the team before requesting a placement.
Available writing options have their own prices. A missing option means it is unavailable, rather than free. Your shortlist separates placement and writing selections.
How should sponsored and paid links be marked?
Agree the disclosure and link attributes with the publisher before requesting a paid placement. Google recommends rel="sponsored" for paid links, and rel="nofollow" is also acceptable. Readers should be able to identify sponsored content. Neither an authority metric nor a paid placement guarantees rankings, traffic or inclusion in search results.
Ask about both the article's visible sponsorship label and its HTML link attribute. The paid guest posts guide links to Google's policy and explains the difference.
How long does publication take?
A listing may include a publisher-supplied turnaround, which you should confirm for your proposed article and publication. Timing can depend on editorial acceptance, content preparation and the agreed placement scope. Name Retailer does not publish a universal delivery guarantee, so request a confirmed schedule instead of treating an estimate as a deadline.
Include your preferred deadline in the placement brief and ask the team whether it can be met. Request a placement to confirm acceptance and timing for your brief.
Where do DA, DR and traffic metrics come from?
Metrics are supplied with the catalogue by the owner and are not independently verified by Name Retailer. DA refers to Moz's Domain Authority and DR to Ahrefs' Domain Rating. Traffic is a supplied estimate. A listing update date does not establish when a provider measured a metric, and missing values mean unavailable.
Compare DA with DA and DR with DR. Ask for the provider, measurement date and scope when a value matters to your decision; read the methodology for calculation caveats.
What refund terms should I check?
Read the published Refund Policy before agreeing to a placement. It describes refunds when the site owner rejects a request and states that approval makes the order final. Ask the team to confirm the applicable terms with your quote. The existing policy's automatic refund and approval claims are flagged for owner review.
The policy describes a one-business-day site-owner review and typical processing of three to five business days after refund approval, with bank processing time additional. Confirm removal or replacement terms directly; they are not stated as a general guarantee.
How do I request a placement?
Choose Add to plan on a publication to open its placement brief and review writing options. Sign in to save the brief in your cart and review billing in checkout. You can also use Request quote for shortlist to ask about several publications together.
Use Add to plan to prepare a placement brief, or email info@nameretailer.com with publication questions.
Do I need an account to browse?
You can browse publications, compare supplied metrics and use the public guides without signing in. An account is needed to save your private shortlist and manage its brief and selections. Use Request quote for shortlist to send one inquiry for your selected publications.
Sign in from the account menu to manage your shortlist. Account and billing pages are excluded from search indexing, and your shortlist remains private to your account.
